If you currently have an HP Tuners nGauge and have purchased a custom tune through Jonathan's Performance, follow these steps to get your tuning started.

Step 1. If your car has a tune from another device or another tuning business, return the vehicle tune to stock. FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COSTS

Step 2. Check to see if your HP Tuners nGauge has the latest Firmware HEREIf not, update the firmware.

Step 3. Connect the HP Tuners nGauge to the vehicle. Then select "TUNING>READ VEHICLE"

Step 4. Select your ECM type. If you have questions on which ECM you have, please contact us HERE.

Step 5. Once the vehicle has been read, either connect to the HP Tuners nGauge with a mini USB cable if you have one, or unplug the OBD2 cable from the car and remove the SD card from the HP Tuners nGauge and install it into your computer using the SD card adapter. If using the mini USB cable, when the HP Tuners nGauge powers up, go to "SETTINGS>USB SD" for the HPTuners nGauge to be recognized.

Step 6. Find the nGauge folder/SD card on your computer and open it. Find the folder "Stock Files" and open it. Click and drag "Stock.stk" to your desktop to save it to your computer.
