Load Custom Tune with HP Tuners RTD

Step 1. Save the Jonathan's Performance custom tune from your email to your computer. Step 2. Connect the HP Tuners RTD to the vehicle and to your Windows10 based laptop or tablet, and open the RTD Flasher software. Step 3. If you have already purchased credits for your vehicle, go to "Help", and click "Resync Interface". Step 4. Go to "File", "Open", than select the custom file. Step 5. Click "Write Vehicle", and follow the licensing instructions. Step 6. Once the custom tune has been written, you're ready to datalog! Follow those instructions HERE!

If you currently have an HP Tuners RTD and have purchased a custom tune through Jonathan's Performance, follow these steps to get your tuning started. Step 1. Getting Started with HP Tuners RTD!

Step 1. Open your new RTD! Step 2. Connect your RTD to your Windows10 based laptop or tablet. Step 3. Download RTD Flasher. Step 4. On HPTuners.com, go to "My Account" and create a new account. Step 5. Open the RTD Flasher software, go to "Help", then RTD Verification Code. Step 6. Go to "My Devices" and enter your RTD Serial Number and Verification ID in the MPVI2 Section, and click "Import".  Step 7. If your verification code doesn't come up in the software, you may need to first resync your RTD. Do that by clicking "Help", then "Resync Interface"....

How To Configure Gauge Display for Your HP Tuners nGauge!

To change up the gauges display on your HP Tuners nGauge, follow these tips! First, power up your nGauge and select "GAUGES>CONNECT"  Once the Gauges display comes up, swipe across the screen. You will see that four gauge, six gauge, and single gauge options are available.  To change what gauges are displayed, tap on one of the gauges. Next select "SIGNAL". How To Change the Sleep/Wake Settings on Your HP Tuners nGauge

If you want to change the way your HP Tuners nGauge powers up or stays off, this is how you configure that! First: Power up your nGauge and from the Main Menu, select "DIAGNOSTICS>SETTINGS>SLEEP/WAKE" Next: Select "SLEEP MODE" or 'WAKE MODE" and configure how you wish! If you want the nGauge to always come on and shut off with your engine, set "SLEEP MODE" to "ENGINE RUNNING" and then "WAKE MODE" to "VOLTAGE LEVEL".
